Obtained exclusively from processing of selected adult pig’s thighs of national production, bred and slaughtered in Italy, through a process typical and strictly traditional – including salting with salt and natural flavorings and following seasoning in airy naturally ventilated rooms from breezes of mountain Pratomagno, at the foundation of wich, at an height of about 350 m.a.s.l. you can find the manifacturing plant.
