To produce this coppa is only used swine’s meat wich is born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. Once the meat is selected it is boiled and then coarsely ground. Spiciness is made with high quality spices, the dough is stuffed with vacuum machines to mantain the organoleptic characteristics of the product unaltered.
